You need a DVD burner and the authoring program that usually comes with it. Then you download the mpeg2 version of the film, launch the DVD software, add the file, and burn the DVD. Sounds simple, but DVD authoring programs are complicated and have lots of options, so plan to take some time. Also be warned that some standalone DVD players may not be able to play your burned DVD. Spend a few hours reading (and use google to search) the newsgroup rec.video.desktop
